In the beginning was the one who is called the word

The word was with god and was truly god

From the very beginning the word was with god

And with this word , god created all things

Nothing was made without the word

Everything that was created received its life from him

And his life gave light to everyone

The light keeps shining in the dark

And darkness has never put it out

God sent a man named john

Who came to tell about the light

And to lead all people to have faith

John wasn’t that light

He came only to tell about the light

The true light that shines on everyone

Was coming into the world

The word was in the world

But no one knew him

Though god had made the world with his word

He came into his own world

But his own nation did not welcome him

Yet some people accepted him and put their faith in him

So he gave them the right to be the children of god

There were not god’s children by nature

Or because of any human desires

God himself was the one who made them his children

The word became a human being and lived here with us

We saw his true glory

The glory of the only son of the father

From him all the kindness and all the truth of god have come down to us

John spoke about him and shouted : “ this is the one I told you would come ! he is greater than I am , because he was alive before I was born .”

Because of all that the son is , we have been given one blessing after another . the law was given by moses , but jesus Christ brought us undeserved kindness and truth . no one has ever seen god . the only son , who is truly god and is closest to the father , has shown us what god is like .

The bible’s view of homosexuality

Leviticus 18 : 22

Do not lie a man as one lies with a woman ; that is detestable

Leviticus 20:13

If a man lies with a man as one lies with a woman , both of them have done what is detestable . they must be put to death ; their blood will be on their own heads .

Roman 1:26

Because of this , God gave them over to shameful lusts . Even their women exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones .

1 Corinthians 9-10

Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of god ?
Do not be deceived : neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of god .

It is stated very clearly in bible that all homosexual activity is a sinful violation of God’s design for men and women .

Therefore , all forms of homosexual activity are sinful .

Genesis 1:28

God blessed Adam and Eve and said to them ,” be fruitful and increase in numbers , fill the earth and subdue it .

Genesis 2:18
It is not good for man to be alone . I will make a helper for him that is suitable .

Genesis 2:23

This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh .she shall be called woman for she was taken out of man .

Genesis 2:24

For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife , and they will become one flesh .

Revelation 16:15

Behold , I come like a thief ! Blessed is he who stays awake and keep his clothes with him , so that he may not go naked and be shamefully exposed .

Matthew 18:8

If your hand or your foot causes you to sin ,cut it off and throw it away . it is better for you to enter life maimed or crippled than to have two hands or two feet and be thrown into eternal fire . and if your eyes cause you to sin , gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to enter life with one eye than to have two eyes and be thrown into the fire of hell .

Ecclesiastes 12:13-14

Now all has been heard ; here is the conclusion of the matter : fear god and keep his commandments , for this is the whole duty of man . god will bring every deep into judgment, including every hidden thing , whether it is good or evil .

Meaningless ! Meaningless ! Utterly Meaningless ! Everything is meaningless . What does the man gain from all his labour At which he toils under the sun ? Generation comes and generations goes , But the earth remains forever . The sun rises and sun sets , And hurries back to where it rises . The wind blows to the south And turns to the north ; Round and round it goes , Ever returning on its course . All streams flow into the sea , Yet the sea is never full . To the place the streams come from , There they return again . All things are wearisome , More than one can say . The eye never has enough for seeing , Nor the ear its full of hearing . What has been will be again , What has been done will be done again ; There is nothing new under the sun . Is there anything of which one can say , Look ! this is something new ? It was here already , long ago ; It was here before our time . There is no remembrance of men of old , And even those who are yet to come Will not be remembered By those who follow . Wisdom is meaningless I have seen all the things that are done under the sun ; all of them are are meaningless , A CHASING AFTER THE WIND . What is twisted cannot be straightened What is lacking cannot be counted For with much wisdom comes much sorrow ; The more knowledge , the more grief . I denied myself nothing my eyes desired ; I refused my heart no pleasure . My heart took delight in all my work , And this was the reward of all my labor . Yet when I surveyed all tat my hands had done and what I had toiled to achieve , Everything was meaningless , a chasing after the wind ; Nothing was gained under the sun .
